I’m working with a fun couple from the LA area.  They are specifically searching for a GATED community, but don’t want to pay the high HOA’S that go along with living on a golf course!  City of choice???  Rancho Mirage, or perhaps Palm Desert, but REALLY hoping for Rancho Mirage.  Their 3 favorite Gated, non-golf course Rancho Mirage communities are…
