



La Quinta Cove Update: There are currently 103 active listings in the La Quinta Cove in La Quinta. There are approx 1200 homes total, and normally as we head into summer, listings drop in numbers because people leave the valley in the summer heat. But this year, listing numbers have soared. This is true in the Coachella Valley through all 9 desert cities, not just the cove. The market is still switching into a buyers market, and I believe that trend will continue.
