La Quinta 55+ Communities
Trilogy, La Quinta: (Now called The Golf Club at La Quinta) Trilogy, in La Quinta offers approx. 1200 homes and is one of our newest Palm Springs Valley 55+ communities. Located in the Eastern part of La Quinta and surrounded by Luxury golf course developments, the views are stunning. Amenities include an absolutely state of the art clubhouse with covered lap pool, and indoor running track, meeting rooms, onsite restaurants, spectacular GOLF, walking, hiking and other social clubs. Indio 55+ Communities

Sun City Shadow Hills, Indio: A neighbor to Sun City in Palm Desert, this newer 55+ community is just north of Hwy. 10 in Indio. Golf is “pay as you Play”, and Sun City also offers a wonderful Fitness facility, clubhouse, pools, walking and hiking trails and many social clubs. The next phase of homes will see a newer clubhouse as well as a second golf course. HOA’s are approx. $250/month.
