Coachella Valley Statistics: Here are the monthly desert dynamics for some of our Coachella Valley cities. I work alot in the East Valley cities of La Quinta, Indio, Thermal and Coachella, but when a client is looking for a new residential property, I often go as far West as Palm Springs. The entirety of our 9 cities can be covered in a 45 minute drive down Hwy 111. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Coachella Valley, give me a call at 760-285-3578.
