Coachella Valley market update: (Courtesy of Lawyers Title) We are now in the summer season here in the desert cities, and it is HOT! 110 – 115 degrees during the days is not unusual, and the nights settle in between 70 and 80 degrees. Sounds unbearable, I know, but having lived here so long, I do not complain about the heat! As I tell my clients, a perfect world would be living here, but taking August and September to travel to a cooler place. However, I am here year round and absolutely love it!
