Coachella Valley Music Festival Homes for Sale. Today the line up for the Stagecoach Festival 2016 part of the Coachella Valley Music Festival was announced. It’s another good one! Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood are two of the headliners. It’s not too early to start thinking about where you’re going to stay when you come to the Festival this coming year. The Coachella Valley Music Festival at the Empire Polo Grounds continues to grow. It’s growth has had an enormous affect on our local economy, and that certainly pertains to Housing.
Many of the Music Festival goers prefer to Lease a Condo or home for their desert experience. Our Luxury Lease Market has increased dramatically, in no small part to the numbers of people locking down rentals as far as a year ahead of time. There are many popular developments that have hit home with Festival goers. They tend to be located in our East Valley cities of La Quinta or Indio due to the proximity to the polo grounds. On Avenue 49, are some lovely developments, Montage at Santa Rosa, The Orchard, Desert River Estates and Madison Estates. Home prices start at approx. $600,000 to approx. $1,000,000.
Coachella Valley Music Festival attendees that prefer to be a short distance away in La Quinta, often buy at The Legacy Villas or PGA West. PGA West offers Condos, Semi-custom and Custom homes on and off the golf course and is very user friendly for part timers. Properties at PGA West also rent very well, so often Music Festival clients will purchase a home, block off the days they will be using it, and lease it out to cover their yearly costs when they are not here! Other popular La Quinta options for Music Festival people are Andalusia, The Hideaway, and The Citrus golf clubs.
