La Quinta is fiscally very sound. The City of La Quinta is celebrating a major financial milestone. La Quinta offers some unique things that I really love about living here. You’ve got great hiking and biking all over, especially around the cove. Fritz Burns Park has tennis, pickleball, a great lap pool, and easy access to old town La Quinta. 44 years young, La Quinta will have a birthday celebration this year. There are some new eateries, Chick-fil-a, The Golf Bar, Kitchen Ten Eleven, and there’s also the Sports Warehouse for tennis enthusiasts.
The City of La Quinta is also offering a refreshed identity for both residents and the city. The City is investing in key improvements in several areas, including the Fritz Burns Park Improvement Project. There will be increased shade and new amenities including..

Construction is underway, with an estimated project cost of $6.9 million.
