What’s selling in the La Quinta cove? When I first started coming to the desert in the 80’s, I always rented a house in the La Quinta cove. There were still chickens hustling down the streets, people were always out and about. The La Quinta Cove has really come up in the world of Coachella Valley real estate! The homes are still reasonably priced compared to most other areas of the valley, but they are no longer cheap. Many of the old homes have been re habilitated or remodeled, and it’s now an eclectic neighborhood that is very well loved by locals and visitors.
