La Quinta real estate market update: The City of La Quinta real estate market is active, but it’s certainly not hot like it was in 2022 and 2023. With limited inventory, sellers must price correctly. There are currently 324 active listings of single family residences, in the central city (not including North La Quinta). Prices range from $330,000 in the La Quinta cove to 85 million in The Madison Club.
There are 48 single family homes contingent in escrow, (contingencies are not released yet) ranging from $329,000 (La Quinta Cove) to 4.5 million at The Hideaway.
There are 38 single family homes currently Pending (in escrow and contingencies are removed). Prices range from $489,000 (La Quinta cove) to $27,995,000 (The Madison Club)
There have been 350 total closed sales since Jan. 1, 2026 in La Quinta. Prices ranged from $335,000 (La Quinta cove) to $16 million (The Madison Club).
