Equestrian Properties for 2017. 2016 is not over, but my Equestrian Sellers are either wrapping up because we’ve SOLD their property, OR getting geared up to JUST LIST their Equestrian Estates for the 2017 season. The Coachella Valley is an extremely active area for horse lovers. The East Valley in particular offers lots of open land, BLM land, a myriad of trails, riding clubs, and of course the HITS circuit and the International Polo Circuit. HITS Thermal is an A rated horseshow, running from January through March. The Sunshine series is in November, and includes competition for ponies. The Polo is spectacular as well…
There are two Polo clubs, the Empire Polo Club, and the older Eldorado Polo Club. Most people think of Music Festivals when they think of Empire Polo Club, and rightfully so!! The Coachella Music Festival in April, is not to be missed. 2017 will mark the inaugural Desert Trip. The Rolling Stones, Dylan..some of Rocks’ superstars will be here for two weekends in October. Why do I bring these events up? Well, anything that exposes our Coachella Valley to more people is GOOD! Our Equestrians do other things too, so having a name outside of the Horse Events is a good thing. On to the Equestrian Property Update…
