Although these were our top luxury property sales in the Desert Cities, the summer season has been fast paced. Sales have been strong in all price points, entry level at approx. $200,000 – $400,000, Mid-price level of approx. $500,000 – $750,000, and luxury homes. Custom home sites have also been clipping along since Builders are back in force throughout our Valley. There are new home projects going up in our Western cities of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert, as well as La Quinta and Indio.
