





Madison Club; La Quinta Market Update: The Madison Club in La Quinta is THE Club if you’re looking for super exclusive, and ultra secure. A private community centered in our Eastern Valley surrounded by dramatic desert mountains. The Mediterranean style clubhouse offers incredible views..as well as food that will impress anyone. There are even five clubhouse suites which provide luxury accommodations for short term visits by members and their guests. Discovery Land Company, which is also developing the neighboring Hideaway Golf Club, has a reputation of turning out High Class, Luxury Resorts, and The Madison Club is definitely one of them!
The Madison Club in La Quinta is ON FIRE! During the crash, lots and existing home sales pretty much stood still. Now, however, lots are being snapped up with prices ranging from approx. $900,000 to approx. 2.2 million. Lots are typically very large, starting at approx. 30,000 sf up to over an acre. There are even larger home sites, but most of the really large ones have exquisite homes on them. Resales are also strong since last season. Very few homes get listed as most owners build their homes specifically for themselves, although some homes are currently being built on spec.
The Madison Club golf course architect was Tom Fazio. Because there will only be 225 members maximum, there will not be any over-crowding. The club was initiated in 2007, with homes built from 2008 to new ones under construction today. There are no Social Memberships at The Madison. Golf Memberships are $200,000, by invitation only, and are private Equity. Golf dues are approx. $2,917/mo. HOA dues are approx. $936-$1,875/month.
Two Residential options exist for Interested Buyers:
The Villas at the Madison Club: A collection of nineteen luxury homes averaging 5,000 sf each. Each Villa is handcrafted in truly elegant ways. Villas are clustered in an intimate neighborhood at the very heart of the community. There are currently no Villas on the market, but past selling prices have been approx. $2-3 million.
Madison Club Custom Homes: A limited number of custom residences, already designed and constructed by leading builders. There are currently no active resales listed at The Madison Club. Three homes have closed recently. Built in 2012-13, the homes ranged from 5426 sf to approx. 5458 sf. Sales Prices were $4.5 million to $4.7 million.
Madison Club Home Sites: Lots at the Madison average approx. 3/4 acre. 193 total sites, each offers deep setbacks to preserve the tranquility and privacy of the neighborhood. There are currently Home sites for sale ranging from approx. 38,000 sf to approx. 45,000 sf. Prices range from approx. $1.2 mil to 2.2 mil. 7 Lots have CLOSED recently with prices ranging from $900,000 to $2,150,000.
