- Avondale Golf Club: Established in 1969 is limited to just 300 members. An 18 hole Jimmy Hines designed course, Clubhouse, practice facilities, Golf Pro available as well as Tennis Courts, make Avondale an all in one Club! Private, member owned, there are only 305 homes and the HOA is reasonable at just $497/month. Golf membership is $2,500 – $10,000 equity and monthly dues are $630. Home prices range from $550,000 – $1,200,000.
- Bighorn Golf Club, Palm Desert: Absolutely stunning community and location high up 74 with down valley views. Two courses with Custom homes/sites starting at approx. $1.5 mil to approx. $12 mil. Golf Membership: $250,000 – $350,000 with annual golf dues of $39,000.
- Chaparral Country Club: Private club completed in 1987, 24 hr. guard gate, 18-hole executive golf course designed by Ted Robinson, 8 night lit tennis courts, 21 pools and spas, fitness center, conveniently located in the heart of Palm Desert. Condo HOAs are $720/mo. plus $360 social dues, condo prices from approx. $450,000 to $800,000.
- Citrus Golf Club, La Quinta: Citrus Golf Club is one of the three golf communities associated with the La Quinta Resort & Club. Friendly & affordable with single family homes starting at approx. $900,000 – $3,500,000. Golf Membership: $55,000 non-refundable. Monthly Golf Dues: $1,969 including PGA West public courses.
- Desert Horizons Country Club, Indian Wells: One of our older, established clubs, the golf course is private and homes and condos are both available with prices starting at $600,000 – $2,500,000. Social Membership is $15,000 with monthly dues of $1,806. Golf Membership: $60,000 with monthly dues of $3,317, (includes your social dues).
- Desert Island Country Club: Idyllic high-rise 226 unit condo community in Rancho Mirage. 155 acres with 3 high rise buildings, surrounded by a 25 acre lake and 110 acre private, 18-hole championship Desmond Muirhead designed golf course, 2 tennis courts, fishing, yacht club and close to shopping, restaurants. - Duna La Quinta, La Quinta: Duna La Quinta neighbors and is part of the La Quinta Resort & Club. - Estancias At Rancho La Quinta: Estancias at Rancho La Quinta is a golf cart ride away from Rancho La Quinta CC, and it shows with the gorgeous, lush landscape and citrus trees. HOA’s of $855/mo. The Estancias homeowners may purchase a social or golf membership at the Private Rancho La Quinta CC.
- Haciendas at La Quinta: Gated community of 65 homes adjacent to the La Quinta Resort & Club, for golf, tennis and dining. Down the street from Old Town La Quinta. Homes start at approx. $900,000 – $1,500,000, and monthly HOA’s of $323. Membership through the La Quinta Resort & Club.
- Heritage Palms Country Club: Located in central Indio, offers huge value for your monthly HOA dues of only $475. Your dues include 18 holes of Golf, Clubhouse and all activities, tennis, pickleball, fitness facility, front yard landscape and even basic Cable! - Indian Palms Country Club, Indio: Indian Palms is unique in that the club features Condos, single family homes & a boutique Motel! Public 27 hole course, pay as you play, or annual pass. - Indian Ridge Country Club, Palm Desert: Approx. 1,000 attached and detached homes with 36 holes of golf. The Grove and The Arroyo courses are designed by Arnold Palmer. Condo and Homes range in price from $550,000 – $3 million. Golf Equity Membership: $90,000 with monthly golf dues of $1690. Social Membership is $12,500 with monthly dues of $755.
- Indian Springs Country Club, Indio: Indian Springs was completely re-designed and rebuilt in 2002 and is a Public course. Newer homes built from 2002 with a total build of 720 homes. Prices range from $575,000 – 900,000 with HOA’s of approx. $340/mo, which includes front yard landscape, 24 hr. security cable TV & internet, community pool/spa & fitness center. - Indian Wells Country Club, Indian Wells: Indian Wells Country Club offers Indian Wells Residents some of the best resident deals around. - Ironwood Country Club, Palm Desert: Opened in 1973, but redesigned from 2002-2004 with a new clubhouse in 2007, Ironwood offers 36 golf holes. (Golf categories have a waitlist as of 2022). Full Golf: $60,000 + $1924/mo. Homes and Condos range from $350,000 – $6 million.
- The Lakes Country Club, Palm Desert: The Lakes Country Club is a very active golf and social club offering tennis, 44 pools, clubhouse, cutting edge fitness & wellness center, and of course golf! Approx. 900 Condo homes starting from $500,000 – $700,000. HOA: $1690/mo. which includes social membership. One time reserve fee of $10,305 paid at close. Golf Membership: Approx. $20,000 with monthly dues of approx. $700.
- La Quinta Country Club, La Quinta: La Quinta Country Club is one of La Quinta’s most established and historic golf clubs, with the course designed by Lawrence Hughes, and opened in 1959. - Madison Club, La Quinta: La Quinta’s newest luxury golf community, adjacent to the Hideaway, and both being developed by Discovery Land. This exclusive club has estate homes and home sites available for building. Lots start at approx. $1,500,000 – $2,500,000. Smaller Villas start at $2.5 mil to approx. $3 mil. Estate homes start at approx. $5 mil – $35 mil. Tom Fazio designed course. Golf Membership: $250,000 with annual dues of $70,000.
- Mission Hills Country Club, Rancho Mirage: Mission Hills is a 1,760 acre master-planned recreational resort community. 54 holes of Golf, approx. 1500 homes and Condos ranging from $300,000 – $2.9 mil. Golf Membership: $57,000 – $65,000 with monthly golf dues of $795/month.
- Monterey Country Club, Palm Desert: Monterey Country Club offers very reasonable golf, condo homes and monthly dues. Featuring a 27 hole private course and 1200+ condos, Monterey Country club was opened in 1979. Golf Membership is $7,000 with monthly dues of $5,220 annually. Prices range from approx. $425,000 – $1,100,000. A transfer fee of $8,200 at close. HOA’s are $800/mo. Golf membership: Resident family: $9,552 Non resident family: $10,356 Sports membership: $900 annually.
- Morningside Country Club, Rancho Mirage: The Club at Morningside offers a lifestyle for it’s members & guests. Jack Nickalus’ first desert golf course, homes range in price from $1,200,000 – $ 2 mil. HOA is $1450/mo. Golf Membership is $50,000 and monthly golf dues are $1,408.
- Mountain View Country Club, La Quinta: Mountain View is a Toll Bros. community with newer homes built from 2002. Arnold Palmer signature course offering single family homes and some condos. Condos start at approx $800,000-$1,200,000 with HOA’s of $994/month. Homes range from $1,200,000 – $2.9 mil with HOA’s of $510/mo. Golf Membership is $75,000 and monthly dues are $900/month. Social membership is required and $7,000/yr.
- Oasis Country Club, Palm Desert: Oasis Country Club is known as a very affordable golf community offering condos and single family homes in Central Palm Desert. Homes range from $400,000 – $900,000. Golf Membership: $3,000 annually or pay as you play.
- Palm Valley Country Club, Palm Desert: Centrally located, Palm Valley is casual, yet elegant. 1,275 Condos on two golf courses with golf membership included with home ownership. Golf Dues are $6,988 annually.
- Palms Golf Club, La Quinta: This 1999 Fred Couples-Curley designed course is unique. There are 101 homes that line the perimeter of the private, palm tree lined, course. Recent home values range from $700,000 – $3 mil. Lot prices range from approx. $300,000 – $500,000. Equity Golf Membership is $30,000 (per person), and yearly dues of $10,800 paid bi-annually.
- PGA West, La Quinta: Perhaps the best known golf course development in the Palm Springs area, PGA West covers approx. 1200 acres and offers 6 golf courses, (3 public and 3 private). Over 1400 homes and condos in many different communities ranging from $300,000 – $5 mil. Golf Membership: $55,000 Monthly Golf Dues of $1,969 includes The Citrus Golf Club. PGA West social is approx. 300/mo.
- PGA West Legends, La Quinta: The Legends Residential gates open to single family homes located on the fairway and off of PGA Wests’ Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. Single Family Golf Home prices range from approx. $500,000 – $1.5 mil. Golf Membership: $150,000 refundable, $40,000 non-refundable.
- PGA West Nicklaus Private Course, La Quinta: The Nicklaus Private Course has both Condos and single family golf homes. Fairway locations and off-fairway, many with private pools. Condo prices range from $500,000- $650,000 and single family homes from $500,000 – $1.7 mil.
- PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Course, La Quinta: The Nick Tourney is a club favorite and offers both single family homes and Condos for resale. Homes range from $500,000 – $1.3 mil. Condo values start at approx. $200,000 – $350,000.
- PGA West Greg Norman Course, La Quinta: The only Desert course amongst the six PGA West golf courses, the Norman offers 180 single family homes that were built from approx. 2002 to 2006. Prices start at $650,000 – $1.3 mil.
- PGA West Palmer Private Course, La Quinta: The Palmer Private offers both older Condos as well as remodeled and updated ones along with Single Family golf homes. Homes may be purchased for $400,000 – $1.2 mil, while Condos range from $150,000 – $700,000.
- PGA West Stadium Course, La Quinta: The Pete Dye designed Stadium course offers both Condos and custom and semi-custom homes as well as some custom home sites. Lake side and Golf Course homes are available for resale. Condo’s start at approx. $200,000 – $750,000 while single family homes range from $500,000 – $2 mil.
- PGA Weiskopf Course, La Quinta: The Tom Weiskopf private course does not offer Condos, just single family residences both on Fairway and off golf course. Prices start at approx. $500,000 – $2 mil.
- Quarry Golf Club, La Quinta: The Quarry Golf Club, has been recognized by Travel & Leisure Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Golf Communities in America.” The Tom Fazio designed course + 10 hole short course were designed in 1995. Private and exclusive, both custom golf homes and custom golf home sites are available for purchase. Prices start at $1.2 mil and go to approx. $10 mil. Golf Membership: (single) $140,000 and golf dues are $30,500 annually. (Couples) are $55,600 and dues of $11,000 billed quarterly. Sports membership is $15,000 with quarterly dues of $3,550.
- Rancho La Quinta Country Club: Rancho La Quinta is a 700-acre private, gated golf community built in 1994, in the heart of La Quinta, amidst stunning mountain views. It boasts two championship golf courses, (Jerry Pate and Robert Trent Jones designed), a Racquet Club with 9 tennis courts, Fitness Center and many other luxury amenities; current prices range from approx. $900,000 to $3,500,000. HOA’s includes social membership at approx. $1,100/month. Full Golf Membership: $65,000 non refundable + $1,570 monthly dues. Social Membership: Included in HOA fees. Non golf course Ventanas are $5,000 + $185/mo.
- Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, Rancho Mirage: Rancho Las Palmas was developed in the late 1970’s and features beautiful, detached Condo units. 27 public golf holes, this friendly club is a favorite in Rancho Mirage. Prices range from $200,000 – $550,000. Golf is pay as you play or you may purchase an annual pass for $4,900.
- Reserve Club, Indian Wells: The Reserve is a premier Country Club that is renowned for it’s privacy, huge home sites, and indigenous landscape which the homes are incorporated right into! Estate homes start at approx. $2 mil – $12 mil. Golf membership: $200,000 with annual golf dues of $37,000. Social Membership: $100,000 + annual dues of $18,500. Non-resident golf and social memberships are available.
- Santa Rosa Cove, La Quinta: Santa Rosa Cove is adjacent to the Hotel with all it’s amenities and is a gated, Condo community of 328 units. Spanish in style, like the Hotel, prices range from $500,000 – $1,200,000. Golf Membership may be purchased through the La Quinta Hotel, and public golf is also available.
- Sun City, Palm Desert (55+ community): Sun City, Palm Desert is located in North Palm Desert and is a very active and social 55+ community. Single Family homes start at approx. $350,000 – $1.000,000..both new and Resale. Public Golf..pay as you play.
- Sun City Shadow Hills, Indio (55+ Community): Sun City, Shadow Hills is adjacent to Sun City, Palm Desert, and offers many of the same amenities. Golf is public and single family homes start at approx. $350,000 – $900,000.
- Trilogy at La Quinta (55+ community): Trilogy is Shea Homes 55+ community of approx. 1200 homes. This master planned adult community offers pay as you play golf, an enormous club house and no condos..just single family homes that were built from 2002 until present. Prices start at approx. $440,000 – $1,500,000. Residents have purchased the course and golf restaurant and both will be open end of 2024.
- Toscana Country Club, Indian Wells: Toscana is the newest Golf Community in Indian Wells..and it shows! Gorgeous, Tuscan themed gates, olive tree lined streets, and sexy, Tuscan inspired homes. Single family homes start at approx. $1,150,000 – $9 mil and are available both in Resales as well as brand new homes. Golf Membership: $125,000 with monthly golf dues of $3,255. Sports Membership: $70k with monthly dues of $1390.
- Tradition Golf Club, La Quinta: The Tradition sits on a former Bighorn Sheep Preserve and at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Central La Quinta location for the Arnold Palmer designed Golf Community, built in 1997. 280 estate homes situated around an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole Par 3 course. - Vintage Club, Indian Wells: The Vintage offers two Tom Fazio courses in it’s exclusive setting. Estate homes, both custom and semi-custom are available both new and Resale, as well as Condos. Prices range from $500,000 – $18 mil. Golf Membership: $300,000, (family membership initiation fee), with annual Golf dues of $50,000.
- Woodhaven Country Club, Palm Desert: Woodhaven is one of the most affordable clubs in the Valley and with it’s proximity to Country Club and Hwy 10 is ideally located. Made up of 504 Condos ranging from $380,000 – $700,000 and opened in 1985. Golf is public and you pay as you play.
